Randy A. Hughes, CEO & Founder
Randy served his country in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer, and after thirty four years, he retired from Westinghouse Lighting Company as a Computer Technician Manager, and has been involved in continued volunteer community service for over 10 years with the Friends and Neighbors Community Club, FNCC, serving areas of Compton, Watts/Willowbrook, and portions of the City of Los Angeles. In 2003 Mr. Hughes founded and became the C.E.O. of FNCC where additionally he has dedicated numerous volunteer hours and personal finances to increase property values, implementing strategies to address the beautification and edification of community, addressed quality of life issues such as resolving the Salinas Gang concerns by helping them strive toward a better way of life and finding viable means to end gang disputes. Randy finds time to research grants for homes and scholarships referencing college bound youth alongside of helping Senior Citizens within the community. He is a member of The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Community Advisory Committee and Los Angeles County Regional Planning Board were he acts as the liaison between community and these two county entities. Randy shutdown several illegal businesses within the communities, amongst solving other community concerns. He serves as a member of Mayor Aja Brown’s, Compton City Advisory Committee. Mr. Randy Hughes earned his degree from Los Angeles City Community College and furthered his education at California State University, Los Angeles, California.
